Shipping

Free tracked shipping Australia-wide on every order over $99. Orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 24 hours.

• Metro: 2-5 business days
• Regional: 4-8 business days

Every order includes tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Returns

If the AlignRest is not right for your neck, you have 100 nights to send it back for a refund. See The 100-Night Trial.

Your rights

The 100-night trial sits in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, never instead of them. Nothing in our policy reduces what you are entitled to by law.
